If you cannot log in, please check the following:
- Use the login credentials that were emailed to you on your enrollment. (check the junk mail folder as well)
- The username and password are case sensitive.
- Make sure you have logged out of your course from any other devices.
- Make sure you are using the same email address as the one you used when booking the course.
- Make sure you do not include any blank spaces in either your username or password.
If you are still unable to login please contact your training provider, or contact NAVatHOME Australia and make sure you include the following information:-
- Full name
- Course booked
- Username (your email address)
